Krunch Gold Qualifies For 4th PGF Nationals!

The Krunch Gold swept in the Edison PGF qualifier this past weekend. Going 4-0 against great regional competition, the Krunch Gold used hot bats, stellar pitching and great defense to earn its 4th appearance at PGF as a program! California here we come!!!!

Krunch Gold Finishes the fall with a 19-3-3 record and 21 homeruns!

The 2016 fall season was a remarkable one for the Krunch Gold. We had an explosive offense that hit 21 homeruns in 25 games, and scored 141 runs to our opponents 54. We also have had three Division 1 verbal commitments this fall. Look for this team to make a lot more noise this summer!

Newtown Invitational Champions!

The Krunch Gold capped off an impressive 6-2 weekened, capturing the Newtown Invitational title. Krunch Gold won 5 straight games Sunday defeating some of the top teams in the northeast! Krunch Gold now improves to 13-2 on the season.

Cayla Abbey Commits To Quinnipiac!

2018 outfielder Cayla Abbey delivered a verbal commitment to Quinnipiac University! In the fall of 2018, Cayla will be on her way to Connecticut to play for Coach Jill Karwoski! Congratulations Cayla!!

Covington Verbally Commits To Virginia!

With the second Krunch Gold verbal in less than a week, 2017 outfielder Kate Covington has delivered a verbal commitment to Coach Hardin and will become a Virginia Cavalier! Kate is the second Krunch Gold player to join the extremely competitive ACC conference! Way to go Kate!

Wingert Commits to Rutgers!

2018 Catcher/3rd Basemen Katie Wingert has delivered a verbal commitment to become a Scarlet Knight and attend Rutgers University! Katie is the first Krunch player to ever join the Big Ten conference! Way to go Katie!

Haley Dawson Commits to WVU Tech!

Haley Dawson has delivered a verbal commitment to West Virginia Tech and Head Coach Amber Affholter. Dawson, a native of West Virginia will be representing her home state in the fall of 2018. A catcher, who has the ability to play infield and outfield as well, will be an excellent addition to the Golden Bears. Way to go Haley!

Katie Haney Verbal Commitment!

Katie Haney has delivered a verbal commitment to Richard Bland College in Petersburg Virginia. Katie will take her versatility and big stick to play for Coach Lampman. Congragulations Katie! With Katie's verbal, that wraps up the class of 2017 for Krunch Gold! All 7 seniors have now committed! Way to go ladies!

Krunch Gold Career Record: 241-76-19

Krunch Golds career record after concluding the fall of 2016 has been run to 241-76-19. That is a winning percentage of .717%! Congratulations to everyone who has been apart of this incredible run. Looking forward to this team continuing the success this program has demonstrated throughout its tenure.

2015 Krunch Gold finishes 18th at PGF Nationals!

2015 was another record-breaking season for the Krunch Gold. Not only did this team qualify for PGF Premier Nationals for the second year in a row, but we finished tied for 18th in the country, while knocking off #8 Nationally ranked Washington Lady Hawks 2-1! We also finished in the final four in the TCS Colorado Sparkler. The Krunch Gold also had 7 verbal commitments throughout the span of the season.

2014 Krunch Gold earns PGF Premier Berth

2014 was another special season for the Krunch Gold as we earned our way to PGF Premier nationals for the first time, and added four more verbal commitments to our list. Krunch Gold was knocked out of PGF Nationals by the KC Originals who were led by future national champion and Oklahoma ace, Paige Parker.

Krunch Gold Finishes 2013 with a 60-16-3 record!

The 2013 season was a record season for the Krunch Gold. In just our second season, we were the first central pa team to ever qualify for PGF nationals. With five division one verbals, the Krunch Gold also tallied up a record 60 victories.

2011-2012 Season Recap:

2012 marked the first year the Krunch Gold had a gold team. Drawing elite players from many different organizations, the Krunch Gold welcomed back standouts Taylor Henry and Caryn Bailey who had left the Krunch organization to play gold ball elsewhere. Created by Steve Mumma and Randy Henry, the first gold season was a tremendous success.
